CEDA will coordinate research on demonstrator and pilot plant infrastructures
The Joint Activity Coherent Energy Demonstrator Assessment (CEDA) started successfully with a kick-off meeting on February 7 at EMPA, Dübendorf.
The joint project, led by Dr. Gil Georges, Energy Systems Group at Aerothermochemistry and Combustions Systems Laboratory LAV, ETH Zürich (SCCER Mobility Capacity Area B1) aims to promote collaboration, establish synergies between ongoing research and harmonize produced data on vehicle and building demonstrators. The primary goal of CEDA is to serve as a communication platform and ultimately, to provide data for different energy carriers to optimize real-world infrastructure. Participating demonstrator projects include:
- High Efficiency Power-to-Gas Pilot, HSR, SCCER HaE
- ESI Platform, PSI, SCCER HaE & BIOSWEET
- Move, Empa, SCCER Mobility
- NEST, Empa, SCCER FEEB&D
- Ehub, Empa, SCCER FEEB&D
- Grid to Mobility Demonstrator, EPFL, SCCER HaE
